Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: • Cancellations made 30 or more prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a refund • No refunds or change of retreat date will be issued for cancellations made 29 or less before the retreat. • In the event of a participant’s cancellation, their spot may be transferred to another eligible participant upon prior written approval from the organizers. • Deposits are non refundable but can be used to postpone the retreat date and be used within 12 months.
